I visited this establishment on May 8th with my mother.. taking her out for an early birthday / Mother’s Day lunch, and I must say the service and food was delicious. From the matzo ball soup to the pastrami and corn beef sandwiches... it was so tasteful. When leaving my mother wanted some desert so we purchase the Jewish apple cake and Mark who was so very nice gave my mother some small desert treats to take with her. This was my second time here. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants a nice clean place to eat, food delicious and great customer service

I am blown away by the exceptional service and attention to detail from The Kibitz Room! I was planning a small luncheon for 4-6 people and reached out online for suggestions. A few people tagged The Kibitz Room, and to my surprise, they personally messaged me to offer their help. Their recommendations were spot on, and the food was delicious. But what really impressed me was the extra effort they put into making sure my luncheon was special. It's clear they value their customers and go above and beyond to provide a great experience. If you're looking for a restaurant that truly cares about its customers, look no further than The Kibitz Room. Their personalized service and attention to detail make them stand out from the rest. Highly recommend!

The Kibitiz Room has a nice selection of food. It really is great! Once there was a glitz on an order. They quickly made up for it. That’s old fashion service. It is pricey! But then again, everything is today. So you might as well eat

Finally got over to The Kibitz Room today. Next. Level. Amazing. I got the brisket hash with over easy eggs, and my boyfriend and I split a soup flight of cabbage soup, matzah ball soup, and mushroom barley. He got the Jewish cheesesteak, which is like a brisket cheesesteak meets a reuben. Having previously lived in Philly and gone to Famous 4th Street Deli my whole life, I was excited but skeptical. It definitely lived up to the hype and expectations. Great portion sizes, the food is outstanding, and they even have a little pickle bar - included if you're dining in! I'm not someone who usually likes to travel far for a meal, and this place is a half-hour drive from me. Worth it. I will make the drive. Highly, highly recommend!

The food is delicious. Old school Jewish style deli. It's a smallish place, not for big parties, that I could tell anyway. Took a seat at a table closer to the entrance. The server cleaned a table and moved us to a better location in the restaurant. That was a very nice gesture from her. The beverages are self serve as was the complimentary pickle bar. The pickle bar! I love pickles and this didn't disappoint . They had a variety of pickles, sweet, sour and spicy, along with some other picked choices. It was a difficult decision between the corned beef, pastrami and brisket. They have sandwiches, hot or cold, rubens and breakfast served all day. I decided upon the Jewish Cheese Stake sandwich. Brisket, coleslaw and pepper jack cheese, I couldn't go wrong. My wife got the corned beef with omelet with Swiss cheese and potato cakes. Both dishes came out fast and hot. Service continued to be on point. My sandwich was fantastic. The brisket was tender, the coleslaw added some sweet and tangy and the melted pepper jack pulled everything together. This was served with a side of steak fries that were golden brown. I love the thick cut steak fries. My wife's omelet came with thin hockey Puck sized potato cakes that were equally delicious. In the end, this isn't a very posh place to impress your girlfriend, but the food and service are amazing. A great place if you are looking for a Jewish Deli experience.

Great Balls!!! I love these Matzah Balls. They are my go-to balls. Best I have had in NJ. I grew up in NE Philly suburbs and went to Ben & Irvs deli growing up. Those balls will always have a place in my heart, but Kibitz is now my Jersey “go-to”

The Kibitz Room Where Size Does Matter! My coworker was talking about how good the food was here so I decided to stop in and give it a try. I tried the pastrami cheesesteak with fries , coleslaw and for dessert the tiramisu. All the food I got was delicious it lived up to their slogan so much that I couldn’t even finish it all and had to get a box to go. They have a self serve pickle bar here as well. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. If you are looking for a great restaurant, A Real Jewish Delicatessen, or bakery look no further.
